Cup Cycle Program is a service and digital experience designed to reduce single-use packaging waste in China’s bubble tea culture. The project combines reusable-cup circulation, return and sterilisation services with a mobile platform that uses tracking, rewards, social features and AR experiences to encourage more sustainable everyday behaviour.

I guided Xiaoxuan from research framing to service and interface development, helping her translate user and stakeholder findings into a coherent service system. Our work focused on clarifying the user journey, behavioural incentives and app structure, while strengthening the connection between research evidence, design decisions and the final visual narrative.
